Responsibilities and Duties
As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at Morgan & Morgan, you will be responsible for:
Handling day-to-day litigation cases, including drafting and filing of necessary documents Guiding clients through the case process and maintaining communication with them Working with expert witnesses, attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Preparing for trials and conducting trial prep
